William House Nursery is committed to training, providing opportunities for students to gain experience and qualifications to enable them to continue in their career path. Students attend placements for high standard training, They are given practical and observational training. Supervision is given at all times.

All staff and students, before employment or placement, undergo a Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) check. July 2010 new employees and volunteers in William House Nursery can register with ISA. From November 2010 all new employees and volunteers must register before they can start work. Checks on all new employees will be ISA registered before commencement of employment.
