Investors in People Award - Committed to Training
William House Nursery has successfully been recognised by the Investors in People board.
The award commends the positive culture as a splendid example of people working together to help youngsters and babies to enjoy life to the full. Effective leadership by senior and middle managers demonstrates and sets high examples of caring, dedication and deep commitment.
Strategies are in place and these underpin the lovely calm ethos of the nursery. The Assessor was privileged to see people at work and moved by efforts made by staff to create an environment so happy and stimulating for both children and adults.
William House deserves its fine reputation and works in a way that exemplifies the principles embedded in Investors in People. Everybody involved in the nursery is to be congratulated on this excellent report.
